They are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts and expand market presence in the Tampa region. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and personalized customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Analyze potential gains, set targets, track sales, and report accomplishments.
  • Supply reports on customer needs, problems, and competitive activities.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned.
