Position Overview:
Can you build strong and lasting business relationships? Are you engaging, outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude? If so, 360 Fire & Flood is looking for a results-driven Business Development representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will work with potential clients to provide solutions to grow company revenue, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Candidate must be able to sell the 360 Fire & Flood brand utilizing accepted 360 Fire & Flood practices and marketing material.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Attend marketing events as required, distribute marketing material as needed.
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of 360 Fire & Flood services, industry trends, and competitive information.
  • Actively participate in key local industry groups and associations.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns in order to grow overall sales.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects.
  • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years' experience in restoration sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Outside sales and cold-calling skills as well as a solid knowledge of bid processes
  • Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, internet, CRM programs, and smart phones.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires significant local travel.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
  • We offer a base salary plus commissions, car allowance, health insurance, 401(k) Match, and other benefits.

  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Restoration Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
