About this opportunity:
Ericsson is hiring an Account Manager - New Business to identify and secure new commercial opportunities with existing and prospective customers, driving profitable growth. The role focuses on expanding Ericsson's market footprint, developing new telecom solutions and use cases, and building strong senior-level relationships to position Ericsson as a trusted partner for innovation.
What you will do
  • Position Ericsson in the marketplace as the trusted telecom leader, developing trends and delivering our vision and impact in the market digital evolution
  • Drive new business development by owning and managing a qualified sales pipeline across products, solutions, and services for key and strategic accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-impact opportunities through deep customer and market insights, value relationships and competitive intelligence, with focus on profitable growth.
  • Evaluate and establish partnerships (sell-thru, sell-with, etc.) to pursue new markets and opportunities beyond traditional MNO business
  • Lead complex, end-to-end sales cycles - from opportunity identification and value proposition design to proposal, executive-level negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers, positioning Ericsson solutions to address their business outcomes and transformation agendas.
  • Orchestrate and lead virtual account and pursuit teams (finance, delivery, legal, solution teams and partners) to structure competitive, compliant, and profitable deals.
  • Actively contribute to customer success, ensuring that delivered solutions create measurable value and generate new business opportunities and references.
