Job description

We are Para la Naturaleza, a nonprofit environmental organization based in Puerto Rico, and we are looking for a relationship-driven professional to join our Fundaraising team!

Our Major Gifts Coordinator plays a key role in growing support for Para la Naturaleza by building meaningful relationships with individual donors and members of our AMIGOS program. • Present giving opportunities and inspire philanthropic support aligned with Para la Naturaleza's mission.
  • Coordinate the preparation of proposals, donor communications, reports, and stewardship materials.
  • Track donor activities, commitments, and fundraising opportunities using donor management systems.
  • Collaborate with the Development team to implement fundraising strategies and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Represent Para la Naturaleza at meetings, donor visits, and special events as assigned.

We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Humanities, or a related field.

  • Experience with CRM or donor management platforms is highly desirable.
