Summary/objective

Provides administrative, HR, and operational support across multiple business functions, including special projects, budgeting, reporting, compliance, employee programs, office services, vendor management, and records administration. Ensures efficient business operations, supports organizational initiatives, maintains confidential records, and delivers high-quality service to employees and stakeholders.

Essential functions

  • Manages and support other departments special projects, communications and/or activities.
  • Participate in budget formulation and analysis process.
  • Provide special and ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Facilitates the dispatch process by providing shipping documents and updating electronic data accurately.
  • Provide admin support with tasks related with recruitment admin process.
  • Provide support with reports and other documents as assigned
  • Provide support services with special projects related with Community Initiatives
  • Provide support with confidential information management and retention (employee record files, benefit information).
  • Serves as employee point of contact for the scheduling, notification, and coordination of in-house training and other employee activities (e.g. health & safety fair, wellness program, etc).
  • Manages TMPR’s organizational charts, weekly headcount and employee intranet’s SJU sections.
  • Monitor compliance training and support employees by following up on training completion and compliance requirements.
  • Manages SJU petty cash replenish and quarterly reconciliation.

Required education and experience

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a Human Resources environment and familiarity with state and federal regulations such as COBRA, FMLA, etc.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

Preferred education and experience

  • Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
