Job Summary
 As we continue to expand throughout the Southeast we are seeking a motivated Business Development Rep to grow and strengthen our commercial landscape construction portfolio. This role is focused on developing long-term business-to-business partnerships by identifying new opportunities, providing customized maintenance solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a relationship-driven environment, understands the value of proactive communication, and brings a results-focused approach to every interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with design-build and construction general contractors across multiple markets
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on bids, contracts
  • Work closely with estimating team to ensure proper bidding of all new projects
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure proper handoffs of all projects, covering scope of work and customer expectations
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and report performance metrics
  • Represent Tri Scapes professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company service offerings, competitive landscape, and market trends

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the landscape construction, or related service industries
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, Aspire, etc.)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness; quick to answer emails, calls, and texts.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel for client/job site visits
