Position Title: Business Development Representative
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Business Development Representative opportunity.
Job Requirements:
  • Identify and develop partnerships with product development companies through research and the execution of the company's proven methodologies.
  • Execute daily outreach activities, including warm and cold calling, targeted emailing, and other sales tactics to secure initial meetings and establish value with potential clients.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to position the company as a trusted partner for their staffing and technical project needs.
  • Gather detailed client needs and manage the internal coordination necessary for effective service fulfillment.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including preparing, negotiating, and executing contracts and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and prospect information using our CRM tool to drive efficiency and effective pipeline reporting.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the sales team.

Job Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 1+ years of proven success with inside and/or outside sales in any industry, with a track record of consistent sales growth and new account acquisition.
  • Exception drive and tenacity with a demonstrated ability to aggressively pursue and secure new client partnerships.
  • A strong interest in technology or prior experience in technical sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or technical staffing is a significant plus.
