Position Overview


We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to play a key role in driving our B2B growth. In this role, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver tailored product and service solutions to prospects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, targeted emails, networking, and online channels.
  • Client Qualification: Prospect and qualify potential customers, deeply understanding their requirements to present appropriate products and services solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, active clients, and key business partners.
  • Sales Support & Negotiations: Support the full sales lifecycle, including preparing proposals, coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, and participating in negotiations.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead, pipeline, and opportunity information within internal CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal technical and product teams to align customer requirements with overall sales objectives.

  • Required Qualifications & Skills


    • Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: 0–4 years of hands-on experience or relevant internships in Business Development, Inside Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
    • Sales Interest: Demonstrated experience or a strong, proactive interest in B2B product and services sales.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
