This role focuses on utilizing strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and computer proficiency to engage clients, schedule appointments, and promote customer satisfaction. Training will be provided to enhance your automotive product knowledge and sales techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls promptly and follow script to schedule sales appointmentsMake outbound calls to potential customers using approved scriptsLog all customer interactions and comments accuratelySchedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departmentsReschedule appointments for no-show customersFollow up with sales or service teams to confirm appointment outcomesMaintain and update customer information in the databaseSend letters, postcards, and emails according to marketing timelines for follow-up contactRespond to customer inquiries received through the websiteContact internet customers via phone and email to schedule appointmentsNotify relevant departments when appointments are setAssist with additional duties as assignedConsistently meet or exceed monthly performance goalsWorking HoursThis is a full-time, in-person position based at our Irmo, SC location.
