Three Rivers Behavioral Health is a 136-bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for adolescents and adults. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. The Business Development Representative plays a key role in connecting our facility with the community, referral partners, and organizations that rely on our services. This position is all about building meaningful relationships, elevating our brand, and helping more individuals access the care they need.

As a strategic partner to the Director of Business Development and the wider BD team, the Business Development Representative helps drive demand for our programs through ethical, mission-aligned outreach and smart, effective marketing practices. You’ll represent the facility with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm, serving as one of the most visible ambassadors of who we are and what we stand for.

In this role, you’ll execute our facility’s strategic sales plan, nurture your assigned accounts and territory, and contribute to the growth goals of both the department and the organization. Success requires strong communication skills, adaptability, creativity, and a steady commitment to supporting those we serve in a fast-moving environment.

This position offers a dynamic schedule based on departmental and facility needs, which may include daytime, evening, or weekend hours as directed by the Director of Business Development.

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.  Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.

Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.  Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License

Prefer knowledge of the SouthEast behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming.
