You'll be expected to put in the work and work smarter not harder. This role is on the cutting edge of using AI and LLMs to scale all things sales pipeline generation, meeting booking, opportunity creation, and outbound outreach.

A core part of this role is leveraging AI tools Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs to work smarter and faster. What Were Looking For

Curiosity. Creativity. An analytical mindset. A driven individual who puts in the hours and is exploratory.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable using AI and large language models as everyday working tools not as a novelty, but as a core part of how they research, prioritize, write, and organize. You should be the kind of person who sees a messy dataset and immediately thinks about how to sort, filter, and extract what matters.

Beyond the tech, we need strong fundamentals: executive presence, clear and confident communication at all levels, and organizational discipline to manage a high volume of outreach. A consultative approach to relationship-building is essential to understand how to build relationships and articulate the value of BTS.
