Job description

Discover a Career With Purpose

At The Treetop, we believe every child deserves compassionate, individualized support to help them grow, build meaningful skills, and thrive. We partner closely with families, providers, and communities to deliver high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy rooted in strong clinical care and connection.

We're looking for a hungry, no-excuses operator to join our growth team out of Inwood. This isn't a role for someone who wants a script and a swivel chair - it's for someone who's grinded before, knows what it feels like to sprint on a project until it's done, and wants to build a career inside a fast-growing company surrounded by entrepreneurs who move fast. No ABA background required. What we need is hustle, hunger, and the instinct to figure things out.

Your Mission

As a Business Development Associate, you'll sit at the center of how The Treetop finds, wins, and grows relationships that turn into families served. One week that might mean working a lead list hard until every call is made; the next it might mean driving out to a clinic to sit face-to-face with a provider and earn their trust. You'll wear whatever hat the business needs that day.

On this journey, you will:

  • Work and convert lead lists - outbound calls, follow-ups, and persistence until doors open
  • Travel on-site to clinic locations to build and grow relationships with doctors and referral partners in those areas
  • Support whatever growth initiative is in motion, from provider outreach to new project sprints
  • Move fast on incoming opportunities so nothing sits and goes cold
  • Partner closely with intake, clinical, and leadership teams to keep things moving
  • Track your activity and results so we can see what's working
  • Take on new responsibility as you prove yourself - this role grows with you

Requirements

What You Bring

  • A grinder's track record. You've hustled before - in sales, business development, ops, or building something of your own - and you have real examples of sprinting hard on a project to get it done.
  • Hunger to grow. You want more responsibility, more ownership, and a real path up inside a fast-growing company.
  • Comfort with the unglamorous work. You're just as willing to work a cold list for hours as you are to put on a good shirt and walk into a clinic.
  • Local and mobile. Able to be in the Inwood office at least 3 days a week, with a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to clinic sites as needed.
  • No industry background required. We'll teach you ABA and healthcare - bring the drive, and the rest is learnable.

Benefits

Why Join the Treetop Crew?

  • Uncapped earning potential. Competitive base plus an uncapped bonus tied to your impact, with real upside for someone who delivers.
  • Benefits that support you: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Room to grow: Join a fast-growing organization built by entrepreneurs, where strong performers move up quickly.
  • Purposeful impact: Every relationship you build and every list you close out helps a child access the care they deserve.

This isn't just a job, it's a shot to prove yourself inside a company that's still being built - and to build your own career right alongside it. If you've got the hustle and the hunger, let's talk.

Treetop ABA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
