Description
The Business Development Admin plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. This position is responsible for supporting client/prospect engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility by assisting with trade shows, events, CRM data management, social media and marketing campaign execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage social channels and strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
  • HubSpot (CRM/marketing automation)
    • Set up and run email campaigns
    • Support reporting analytics
    • Manage Data Integrity
    • Build automation and optimize CRM for efficiency
  • Manage and organize marketing events (ie: trade shows and company events)
    • Coordinate logistics with vendors/associations
    • Collaborate with internal teams on staffing, materials, and giveaways
    • Prepare and deliver pre- and post-event communications
    • Research and recommend new events and marketing opportunities to support lead generation
  • Manage vendor/association relationships with key partners and membership groups
  • Marketing campaign and initiatives assistance
    • Event coordination/management (e.g. virtual roundtables or other lead-gen or client events)
    • Visual creation and/or coordinating with designer(s)
    • Updating landing pages and blog posts
    • Managing digital newsletters
    • Copy creation/support if skillset matches
  • Sales and Client Admin Support
    • Assist with one-off projects as needed
    • Coordinate internal Sales/CSM team events
    • Manage/update agreements and pricing guides as needed
    • Execute monthly pipeline/metrics reports
    • Assist with PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Experience with web analytics tools and concepts
  • Experience in writing and editing marketing content preferred
  • Basic experience with web development and marketing automation tools (i.e. Wordpress, Hubspot)
  • Experience with multi-media, basic design and video tools (i.e., Camtasia, Canva)
  • Marketing experience in IT or software industries is a plus.
  • Strong time management, organization and follow-through
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
