This is a full-menu role spanning the complete Texans product portfolio: Season Tickets, Suites, Premium Hospitality, Group Experiences, and expanding offerings across Lone Star Sports & Entertainment and LOVB Houston, our newly acquired professional women's volleyball franchise.

Basic Function: Responsible for driving full-menu revenue growth across all Houston Texans products and properties, delivering world-class sales experiences that build long-term client relationships and contribute to the continued rise of one of the NFL's most exciting franchises.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business across the full Texans revenue product menu - Season Tickets, Suites, Premium Hospitality, Groups, and multi-property offerings including Lone Star Sports & Entertainment and LOVB Houston
  • Drive a high volume of face-to-face sales appointments with business owners, executives, and decision-makers throughout the Houston market and inside Reliant Stadium
  • Act as a senior representative of the Texans brand in meetings with corporate clients, prospective partners, and key business stakeholders across the Houston community
  • Build and cultivate a strong B2B pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship development with companies and organizations across all industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close - with discipline, urgency, and a consultative approach
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline integrity through consistent use of Microsoft Dynamics and Archtics, ensuring data supports both individual performance and organizational strategy
  • Deliver a standard of world-class client service that converts new business relationships into long-term, multi-year revenue partnerships
  • Collaborate across the Revenue division to bring creative, customized solutions to clients that align business objectives with the Texans' growing product portfolio
  • Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston Events and duties within the Business operations offices

Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with staff, peers, and other Club and therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.
Skills Required:
  • A proven seller with a track record of hitting and exceeding revenue goals - ideally within professional sports, live entertainment, or a high-performance sales environment
  • Someone who is energized by a full-menu opportunity, not intimidated by it

  • Sharp CRM habits, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a pipeline with precision

Education:
  • Minimum 2 year of sales experience required; sports revenue experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred, Advanced degree a plus.
