In close cooperation and guidance from the Team Manager and sales team, support and drive business processes including support to the Sales organization and our customers in technical and commercial matters.
Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers at defined levels and work in partnership to translate needs into functional actions.
  • Maintain the data and information stored in the SWEP CRM system, logging activities, and updating records.
  • Execute product selection and quoting in SWEP's Sales Process from receiving RFQ to order completion, to selecting appropriate product, to providing a quote and order completion. Set price according to clear guidelines, discounts and price lists
  • Commercial and technical support for all types of SWEP customers (including Strategic and Key Accounts) and internally, such as product selections, thermodynamic calculations, customizing and claim processes, pricelists and quoting.
  • Participate in financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Responsible for field failure reporting. Follow-up on claim process (for your customers/claims)
  • Participate in SWEPs internal and customer projects.
  • When applicable, provide trainings in own field of expertise.
  • Act as SWEP representative for example at exhibitions, at customers and such.
