CorpTemps Staffing a group company of "CTC" has over twenty years’ experience providing contract, temporary and direct hire staffing services. We work with public and private sector entities nationwide and offer staffing solutions for Engineering, Medical, professional, Food packing, finance, administrative, light industrial, manufacturing, and other workforce needs.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in staffing and recruitment, particularly in the light industrial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions to companies in the light industrial industry. This role will focus on providing exceptional service to existing clients while identifying new opportunities to grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the light industrial sector, focusing on manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution companies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient process for candidate placement and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities to expand our client base in the light industrial sector.
  • Present and promote staffing services to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client requirements.
  • Monitor and track sales progress, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
