Description

CPT is seeking a Program Analyst V to support the Gun Weapon Systems Division (E30) at NSWC Dahlgren. This role directly supports U.S. Navy gun weapon system development, evaluation, and sustainment programs in a collaborative, mission-critical environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level program analysis expertise supporting E30 Gun Weapon Systems Division leadership.
  • Lead development of strategic life cycle cost analyses and comprehensive program evaluations.
  • Oversee design and implementation of program reporting frameworks and evaluation systems.
  • Advise government stakeholders on regulatory changes, requirements impacts, and program risk.
  • Direct development of program management plans, procedures, and evaluation methodology.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the analysis of mission changes and operational procedure modifications.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship across the program analyst team.
  • Represent CPT and support E30 senior leadership in high-visibility program reviews and briefs.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in program analysis, management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expert-level experience in program effectiveness analysis and lifecycle cost assessment.
  • History of supporting senior government leadership with strategic program documentation and briefings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Active Secret clearance required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience supporting U.S. Navy Gun Weapon Systems or equivalent DoD acquisition programs.
  • Experience at the O-6/SES equivalent government program level.
  • Familiarity with NSWC Dahlgren and the E Department organizational structure.
