Job description

The Senior Procurement Analyst will manage the procurement of Construction Services for the company’s Capital Projects portfolio. Manage the procurement process for Civil, Electrical and A/E purchase orders, contracts, renewals, continuing to re-source recurring contractual commitments and manage emergent work in support of operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Duties may include being the procurement Subject Matter Expert for multiple business units or at the Enterprise level where such expertise is useful in leveraging procurement activities.
  • Work is primarily focused on planned and emergent work within a single business unit, although the ability to apply expertise across business units is desired
  • Specific duties include: Supplier identification and qualificationprocurement sourcingRFP preparation; bid evaluation; negotiation, materials and services contract development and administration; material and service planning; managing internal expert review protocols, preparing and issuing purchase orders

Job Specific Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree and 5 years of procurement, supply chain management experience
  • Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers to purchase materials and services
  • Experience integrating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders
  • Valid driver license & ability to travel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word

Desired:

  • Experience with ERP systems - Ariba, SAP, CLM.
  • Experience working in a teaming environment.
  • Demonstrated client satisfaction history.
  • Minimum Years of Experience/Education.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience.
