Project Manager/Business Analyst
Rancho Cordova, CA

Client is looking for a responsible Project Manager/Business Analyst to work with the project that is in the start of implementation and in need of someone that can pick up the project quickly.
The individual must have ability to organize planning efforts and develop specific work plans for implementation and development teams. Skills required include project management, business analysis, scheduling, troubleshooting issues, administering and testing applications, eliciting requirements, defect tracking, documenting business processes and creating workflow diagrams.
Required Skills/Experience:
Exceptional customer service foundation and practice
Ability to work in high pressure environment
5+ years of implementing information technology projects and/or products
5+ years of business analysis and end-user interaction
2+ years of leading technology projects and/or product support
Bachelor's Degree a plus
Experience with government processes a plus
Experience with fiscal/financial interface processes such as warrant/check printing, payment reconciliation and automatic deposits are a plus
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize high visibility projects
Maintain and drive the project schedule
Elicit, develop, organize, document and simplify requirements
Develop project documentation including technical specifications and user guides
Develop software test plans
Conduct quality assurance testing for software systems
Train users on software
Create as-is documentation for existing systems

Must present well and communicate in a professional manner even in high stress situations
Able to facilitate meetings
Able to establish and meet deadlines
Able to effectively communicate equally well with customers, technical staff, management and vendors
Must have excellent oral and written skills
Willing to learn new systems
