Job description

Do you have experience managing properties and construction projects or contractors? This opportunity may be for you! We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to work in the San Juan, Puerto Rico area.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Maintain excellent relationships and communication with tenants.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance work and property improvements.
  • Ensure the proper condition of exteriors, roofs, landscaping, and other facilities.
  • Handle situations related to electrical work, roofing, and general maintenance.
  • Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Evaluate material costs and negotiate pricing effectively.
  • Supervise projects and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide efficient solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager, Project Manager, or within the contractor/construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance, construction, and building materials.
  • Experience handling electrical, roofing, and general maintenance matters.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendors/suppliers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner while managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Availability to work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Pay Details: $0.01 per hour
