OverviewThe Building Engineer performs building operational duties under the direction of the Property Manager and Chief Engineer. Exemplifies excellent customer service and facility enhancement.
The Building Engineer will take responsibility for maintaining the integrity of all building systems and operate the building in an efficient manner, supervise work in the field and perform routine maintenance and repairs of all HVAC, boiler, heating, refrigeration, water, and energy systems to ensure the effective operation of the facility.
Daily duties will consist of working with the property management team performing preventive maintenance tasks, responding to tenant service request, and provide a safe working environment for building tenants and visitors.
