Job description

Amentum is currently seeking a Building Operations Specialist in Chantilly, Virginia. The selected employee will be in a call center environment, monitoring alarms and facilitating customer service inquiries.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Employee must be skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • An employee should have experience working in customer service
  • Experience in a call center environment/Facilities environment.
  • Monday - Thursday from 1500hrs - 0100hrs
  • Must be able to work Nightshift and a rotational shift if the department requires it
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance at the TS/SCI with polygraph level

Minimum Education:
  • A bachelor's Degree is preferred, but we will consider an Associate's Degree if the employee has 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years
