Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional

Create, present, and sell project estimates.

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.

Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

Communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.

Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.


Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

8 or more years Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with skills in various trades and repair techniques.

Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.

Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.

Able to lift 50 pounds independently.

Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.
