Join Our Team: 
The Wisconsin Country Club is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help maintain our beautiful clubhouse and facilities. Whether you already have maintenance experience or are looking to grow your skills, we're willing to invest in the right person.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and take pride in maintaining quality facilities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do: 
As part of our facilities team, you'll help keep our clubhouse, pool, tennis facilities, maintenance buildings, and other club amenities operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
  • Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to maintenance requests throughout the club.
  • Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting projects.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work alongside other team members on improvement projects.

What We're Looking For: 
We're looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys hands-on work.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in general building maintenance, construction, mechanical work, or a related trade is preferred—but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve everyday maintenance issues.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or trade certifications are a plus, but not required.
