Shift: 1st shift; Monday-Friday 5:00 am-3:00pm

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Facility Maintenance, Production, Manufacturing, Material Handler, Equipment Operator, Stand Up Forklift, Troubleshooting and Repairs, Scissor Lift, Power Tools, Plasma Cutter, Cutting Torch, Grinder, Bandsaws.


This position requires a minimum of 1 years Maintenance Technician Experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and carpentry. Welding and other Maintenance experience is preferred as you may be assigned alternate tasks. Forklift and Scissor Lift Experience is a plus as you may be asked to use MHE or perform your job duties at elevated heights.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain HVAC system.
  • Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
  • Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
  • Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
  • Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Answer security/alarm calls as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of previous facility maintenance experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
