Job description

2nd Shift- Skilled Maintenance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct residential painting and minor renovations as needed.
  • Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as welders, ohmmeters, and logic controllers for repairs and installations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant requests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, welding techniques, and logic controllers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
