  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records and document all activity in the agency CRM

  • Stay informed about products, underwriting changes, and industry updates
