About the Role:
Bright Minds Bright Beginnings LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Educator to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years. If you love sparking curiosity and building strong foundations for lifelong learning, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for Pre-K students
  • Monitor and assess individual student development, growth, and learning milestones
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
  • Incorporate play-based learning, social-emotional development, and literacy readiness into daily instruction
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and developmental documentation
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development goals
Requirements:
  • CDA 
  •  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
  • 2 years + prior experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of PA early learning standards and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Valid Pennsylvania child abuse clearances and background checks (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
