Bright Futures Counseling, Ltd. is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of client progress and treatment in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
  • Engage in case consultations with fellow therapists for feedback and shared learning opportunities to enhance treatment effectiveness.
  • Regularly evaluate and adapt therapeutic approaches based on client progress and feedback.
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at mental health education and awareness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

  • Proven experience delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families, showcasing a track record of effective outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems for managing client documentation and appointments.
