Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service-oriented Chef Table Attendant (Buffet Line Attendant) to join our Premium Clubs team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience by greeting guests, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a clean environment and all food service within (3) inclusive clubs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sets up buffet lines with appropriate food service equipment for each event's menu.
  • Transports food to and from kitchens in a timely manner to ensure buffet lines are always full.
  • Busses tables, stock supplies, and keeps buffet lines clean throughout the event.
  • Ensures silverware and other food service utensils are washed and replenished throughout the event.
  • Cleans workspace and pantries at the end of each event by following sanitation procedures.
  • Helps create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promotes a safe, clean, and neat environment for guests and other associates.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication skills with all management, staff, and guests.
  • Gets along well with others, demonstrates flexibility and patience; possesses an interest in people; Maintains composure under pressure.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of building amenities to answer guest questions and provide directions.
  • Assists other premium club locations as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Highschool Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Arena/Stadium, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
  • Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
  • Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment, including standing for long periods.
