As a Buffet Attendant, you will ensure our buffet remains fresh, clean, and inviting, contributing to memorable dining experiences. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining the buffet line, replenishing dishes, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld, all while warmly engaging with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buffet Setup & Presentation: Transport and arrange hot and cold food items from the kitchen to the buffet, creating a visually appealing display that’s easy for guests to access.
  • Food Monitoring: Regularly check food levels and temperatures, keeping dishes full and safe for consumption, while promptly removing any items as needed.
  • Cleaning & Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the buffet line and workspace after each meal session, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide a warm welcome, greet guests by name whenever possible, and assist with any requests to enhance their dining experience.
