Job description

The Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for maintaining the production and cleanliness of the complimentary breakfast buffet. Duties include cooking hot breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast/pancakes, and breakfast potatoes. Also included is preparing morning coffee and juices, yogurt station, bread box, and fresh fruit.
Ensuring the breakfast buffet remains stocked and clean throughout breakfast is a must! After breakfast, you will restock and FIFO all items to ensure success for the next morning. Daily deep cleans are scheduled for each attendant along with putting away the food truck order. Occasional lunch orders from The Placery menu and scheduled banquet lunches will be required throughout shift. This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast paced position with continual customer contact.
