Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Dining Brunch Server to join our New location; Taste of Tara restaurant team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while showcasing your knowledge of culinary offerings. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain knowledge of current menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with culinary terminology and food safety practices.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
  • Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being selfmotivated.

    Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 8am-6pm
