At Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi, we deliver a refined dining experience elevated by unmatched views of Bellevue and a commitment to exceptional hospitality. We are looking for part-time Brunch Server Assistants for our Saturday and Sunday brunch service. Working in close collaboration with support staff, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team members, you will guide guests through brunch service with confidence, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of our food, beverage, and service standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support servers to ensure efficient, attentive, and elevated guest service
  • Serve coffee, and brunch accompaniments (bread, pastries, etc.)
  • Deliver food promptly and assist in proper presentation of dishes
  • Reset tables with precision, ensuring proper placement and polished presentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, station in the kitchen
  • Assist in keeping the dining room and service areas visually impeccable
  • Communicate effectively with team members to anticipate and meet guest needs
