Job description

Role and Responsibilities

The goal of our servers is to provide our guests with an enjoyable dining experience. Our servers will be tasked with:

  • Greeting guests within five minutes of taking their seats.
  • Making sure the table stays clean throughout the guests stay.
  • Taking food and beverage orders and highlighting any specials of the day.
  • Providing refills
  • Taking accurate and timely orders.
  • Upsell any additions, when appropriate.
  • Use our POS system to ring in orders.
  • Communicate effectively with the Kitchen and support staff.
  • Properly deliver checks and complete payments.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Available to work Friday through Sunday Brunch shifts.
  • Ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours per shift.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage money
  • Must be at least 19 years of age and have obtained a liquor license.

  • Prior serving experience
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
