About the Role
We are seeking a Managing Director to join our Dallas location at Vestian. You will oversee large-scale business development initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, negotiate complex transactions, and inspire a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow Vestian's brokerage operations and market presence
  • Collaborate with C-level executives and senior leadership to set performance goals, revenue targets, and growth objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for high-value transactions, from prospecting and pitch presentations to complex deal negotiations and closing
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial real estate transactions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and Vestian
  • Oversee and mentor a high-performing team of brokers, analysts, and support staff, providing guidance on business development, deal execution, and client management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients, understanding their objectives and delivering strategic real estate solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects, leveraging market insights and industry expertise
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Review and analyze financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models to provide high-level insights and recommendations
