We're looking for a commercially driven Charter Broker to join our Reigate team. 


This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys developing new business, building client relationships and growing a portfolio. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline and clients, supported by ACC Aviation's global reputation, extensive operator network and experienced team. 



What you'll do 

  • Proactively generate new business through outbound sales, networking and relationship building. 
  • Build and grow your own portfolio of clients. 
  • Manage your pipeline, converting enquiries into profitable bookings. 
  • Manage the charter process from initial enquiry through to flight completion. 
  • Negotiate charter solutions and maximise commercial opportunities. 
  • Deliver a first-class client experience that builds trust. 



What we're looking for 

  • 4+ years' experience in air charter brokerage or a comparable charter role. 
  • A proven track record of winning new business. 
  • Commercially minded, ambitious and driven by results. 
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining excellent attention to detail. 
  • Flexible to participate in the out-of-hours duty rota.
