  • Facilitate buyer and seller meetings, negotiations, and Letters of Intent.
  • Guide clients through due diligence and closing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, CPAs, lenders, commercial real estate professionals, and referral partners.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and community functions to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within the company's CRM system.

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to build relationships and generate new business.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and general business technology.
  • Florida Real Estate License preferred (or willingness to obtain one, if required).

Preferred Skills

  • Business valuation knowledge.
  • Financial statement analysis.
  • Sales and closing experience.
  • Networking and relationship building.
  • Lead generation and business development.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Presentation and public speaking skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.

What We Offer

  • Access to proprietary technology, CRM, and marketing platforms.
  • Professional marketing materials and listing support.
  • Flexible schedule with autonomy over your business.
  • Opportunity to represent businesses across a wide range of industries.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.
  • Ongoing education, networking opportunities, and professional development.

At Business Exit Advisors, we help entrepreneurs maximize the value of their businesses and successfully transition ownership through confidential sales, acquisitions, valuations, exit planning, and franchise consulting. Our brokers are backed by a dedicated operations, marketing, and transaction support team, allowing them to focus on what they do best—building relationships, closing deals, and delivering exceptional client service.
