Job description

Parrot Realty is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong real estate background to oversee brokerage finances, build and improve systems and processes, serve as Broker of Record, ensure brokerage compliance, manage affiliate relationships, and oversee the company’s budgeting and financial operations.

Compensation:

$84,500


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the financial operations of the brokerage, including budgeting, expense tracking, and overall financial organization
  • Manage and improve internal systems and processes to support efficiency, scalability, and accountability across the company
  • Handle internal contracts and ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and properly maintained
  • Serve as Broker of Record and uphold the legal and operational standards of the brokerage
  • Enforce and ensure compliance with brokerage policies, licensing requirements, and real estate regulations
  • Strengthen and maintain affiliated partnerships with vendors, service providers, and other key business relationships
  • Manage and allocate budgets across marketing, lead generation, personnel, and operational needs
  • Support human resources functions, including internal team coordination, onboarding support, and staff accountability
  • Oversee brokerage scheduling and help coordinate communication and workflow between the Sales Manager and the rest of the staff
  • Help create structure within the organization by keeping departments aligned, deadlines on track, and operations running smoothly
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement better systems that support long-term company growth

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate Broker License
  • Experience in Running Operations in Real Estate for 3+ Years
  • Proven Track Record of Building Systems and Processes
  • This is an IN-HOUSE Position
