Job description

About Orchard

Orchard’s mission is to make home buying and selling, stress free, fair and simple. For the average American, the home purchase and sale process takes months, creates anxiety, and is filled with uncertainty and hassle. Orchard has reimagined the end-to-end experience of buying and selling, from innovative home search tools to find the perfect home to the ability to buy a new home before selling your current one. Orchard customers manage the entire experience through a personalized online dashboard, while also getting the support of best-in-class Orchard real estate agents.
Headquartered in New York City with teammates across the US, Orchard has 150+ full time employees and 600+ real estate agents. We have financing from top-tier investors including Revolution Growth, Firstmark, Accomplice, Navitas and Juxtapose, who have also backed the likes of Pinterest, AirBnb, Shopify and Sweetgreen. We\'re proud to have been recognized by Crain\'s, Inc. 5000, Glassdoor, Parity.org and Built In on their lists of best places to work.

About the Role

The Revenue Operations Manager will own and drive conversion performance across the full sales funnel for the Orchard Max program — from lead intake through closed transaction. You will design and run structured experiments to improve funnel conversion rates, manage pipeline health, and partner with sales, brokerage, and marketing teams to implement solutions at scale. The ideal candidate has a track record of turning operational improvements into measurable revenue outcomes in a high-velocity sales environment. This is a full-time, remote role that will report into the Head of Operations.

The pay range for this position in Denver, CO is $90-110/year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the range provided depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.

What You\'ll Do Here:

  • Own key sales conversion stages, establishing performance benchmarks and driving improvements quarter-over-quarter.
  • Monitor pipeline health daily and weekly for the Orchard Max program, identifying at-risk leads and coordinating corrective action across sales and brokerage teams.
  • Design and execute structured tests across funnel stages, document results, and roll out winning approaches at scale.
  • Audit CRM data regularly to ensure lead disposition accuracy, SLA adherence, and proper follow-up cadences.
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that give senior leadership clear visibility into funnel performance and conversion trends.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives that improve pipeline velocity and closed transaction volume.

We\'d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or brokerage operations within real estate, mortgage, or a comparable high-velocity sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and improve conversion metrics across a multi-stage sales funnel.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Follow Up Boss, and reporting tools such as Looker.
  • Experience designing and running structured tests or experiments to improve sales performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with lead routing logic, dialer platforms, or lead management automation is a plus.
  • Background working within a real estate brokerage, iBuyer, or proptech environment is a plus.

Orchard is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable law.
