A boutique residential real estate brokerage launching in a new market is seeking an experienced Managing Broker to join its leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily brokerage operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring agents to support performance and professional growth. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-touch, personalized service while helping shape the culture and long-term success of a growing brokerage.

Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures
  • Implementation of strategies to grow market share
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to agents, fostering professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of service
  • Design and implement training programs, continuing education and professional development initiatives
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership to shape and execute the company’s vision, mission, and growth strategies
  • Representing the brokerage at industry events and within the community to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement innovative solutions that enhance both agent performance and client satisfaction

Education and Experience

  • Active broker license in Florida
