This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for a self-starter who can build the brokerage function from the ground up: establishing carrier and customer networks, negotiating rates, managing loads, and growing a book of business. • Ability to independently set up and grow a brokerage operation.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of freight brokerage operations, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, and load management.
  • Familiarity with TMS (transportation management systems) and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established carrier and/or customer relationships, or an existing book of business.
