Marketing Consultant - Savannah, GA Market
Dick Broadcasting Company Inc.
FSLA: Exempt
Do you love the thrill of the win - landing a new client, building a campaign that actually moves the needle, and watching a local business grow because of the work you did? If you're a natural relationship-builder who's ready to turn that skill into serious earning potential, we want to talk to you.
We're looking for a Marketing Consultant in the Savannah market to help local and national businesses grow through both traditional and non-traditional media - radio, digital, social, mobile, events, and beyond. This isn't order-taking. It's consultative, outbound selling: you'll prospect, dig into what a client actually needs, build a strategy around it, and deliver results they can see.
Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. Your earning potential grows directly with your results - the harder and smarter you sell, the more you take home.
What you'll do:
• Sell and manage advertising campaigns across radio and digital platforms
• Prospect, set appointments, and build genuine, lasting client relationships
• Develop and deliver sales presentations in live, in-person settings
• Collaborate with our promotions and on-air teams to bring campaigns to life
• Travel to client and prospect locations to win and support accounts
• Follow up consistently and effectively on both self-generated and company-generated leads
• Plan, strategize, execute, and own your results
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Attend weekly 1:1s and team sales meetings - and show up ready to grow
What you bring:
• A proven track record in sales, with strong presentation and time-management skills
• Comfort and confidence with online, mobile, social, and computer platforms
• The drive to manage your own schedule and maximize your own results
• A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and excel
Why this role:
Join a well-established broadcasting company with deep roots in the Savannah market, a strong local brand, and a team that backs you up with promotions and on-air support. Combine that with a base + uncapped commission structure, and this is a role where your effort translates directly into your paycheck.

• 10 Paid Holidays
• Vacation Pay

• Personal time off Pay
• Health, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance
