Position Overview

As the Director of Sales, you will lead the sales and outreach efforts for Bridgewater and play a key role in driving occupancy and revenue growth. You will oversee the full sales cycle-from lead generation and prospect follow-up to tours, move-ins, and relationship management-while creating and executing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives.This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building lasting relationships, and has a passion for helping seniors and families navigate an important life transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and online platforms
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual tours for prospective residents and families
  • Build rapport with prospects, identify needs, and guide them through the decision-making process
  • Manage the full sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local partners
  • Partner with the Executive Director and Regional Sales leadership on marketing initiatives and outreach strategy
  • Coordinate and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and external outreach efforts
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
  • Deliver a welcoming, high-touch move-in experience for new residents and their families

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or relationship-based sales required
  • Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry experience preferred
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with residents, families, referral partners, and professional contacts
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Experience using CRM systems and general computer proficiency
  • Passion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience
