Breakfast Attendant

Bridgewater Hotel – Fairbanks, Alaska

Position Purpose

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the complimentary breakfast service to ensure a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming experience for our guests. This role plays a key part in creating a positive start to each guest’s day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and set up breakfast items such as fruit, coffee, juices, cereals, and breads
  • Replenish food and beverage items throughout service
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing buffet and dining areas
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  • Clear and clean tables promptly during and after guest use
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and service ware as needed
  • Clean spills, remove trash, and restock service stations
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of work areas for safety and presentation
  • Follow brand standards and food safety guidelines at all times

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with breakdown and proper storage of food and supplies
  • Clean and maintain equipment and workstations
  • Support the Breakfast Cook as needed
  • Prepare supply lists and assist with inventory
  • Attend team meetings as required
  • Follow all safety and security procedures
