About This Role

Bridgewater Learning Center is growing, and we are looking for self-motivated, mission-driven, reliable, and flexible individuals to join our team. We seek a floater Monday through Friday.


What You'll Do
  • Assisting teachers for the day
  • Assisted in closing down classrooms for the day (taking out garbage, disinfecting toys, etc.)
  • Help maintain and clean and functional classroom
  • Supervise children assigned to their care for the day
  • Effectively communicate with parents and co-workers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be willing to take and maintain state-mandated training
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Be comfortable working with varying age groups (Infants - PreK)
  • Must be active in the Christian faith

Nice To Haves
  • 1 year experience working in the Early Childhood Education Field
  • Knowledge of SUTQ (Step Up To Quality) is a plus
