Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service, ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $10- $ 12 per hour plus tips. Future opportunities with AM banquet service are available.

Duties

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Prepare and present breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service and addressing any dietary concerns.
  • Bus tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations throughout the breakfast service.
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including meat-cutting tools when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food handling or kitchen roles is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
  • Experience in guest services or hospitality will be considered an asset.
