Introduction:


We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide excellent service to guests during breakfast hours. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, preparing and serving food and ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Set up and maintain the breakfast area

  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks

  • Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times

  • Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
