Wholesale Office Coordinator

Schedule Requirement:
Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Days off: Friday and Saturday

This early schedule is essential, as the first 3–3.5 hours of each day are dedicated to generating production and logistics reports that support our Mixing, Baking, Kitchen, Packing, and Delivery departments. Accuracy and time management during this window are critical to the entire operation.

Position Overview

The Wholesale Office Coordinator plays a key operational role in supporting Bread Lounge’s wholesale division. This is a structured, fast-paced position that requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Processing and adjusting wholesale orders based on production availability
• Generating and printing daily production and logistics reports
• Managing internal and external email and phone communication
• Preparing daily and weekly sales reports
• Opening new wholesale accounts and maintaining accurate customer records
• Recording customer payments and ensuring proper invoicing in QuickBooks
• Recording vendor invoices and maintaining digital documentation
• Monitoring warehouse inventory levels and coordinating with production
• Supporting general administrative tasks across departments

This role requires strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel), QuickBooks experience, and the ability to learn internal ordering and reporting systems.

The office is located inside an active production warehouse environment. The position involves working near food production areas and may include light lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Training will be provided, but the role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently under structured deadlines.
