Culinary Khancepts is a diversified, multi-concept hospitality group with a portfolio of acclaimed dining, entertainment, and lifestyle destinations, including Star Cinema Grill, State Fare Kitchen & Bar, Liberty Kitchen Oysterette, The Audrey, Reel Luxury Cinemas, River Oaks Theatre, Epicure Café, Leo’s, and River Oaks Pharmacy.
Position Overview 
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will serve as the primary creative resource for all brands, producing compelling visual assets across platforms and bringing each concept's unique identity to life. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to support campaigns, brand initiatives, and day-to-day creative needs.
Branding & Design
  • Serve as the steward of Culinary Khancepts' brand identity, ensuring consistency across all 10 concepts and platforms.
  • Follow and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all creative assets meet quality and brand standards before release.
  • Support branding and design execution for new concept launches, rebrands, and major marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative reflects the company's luxury hospitality positioning and elevates brand perception.
Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Design marketing collateral including menus, signage, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • Execute campaigns for both restaurants and theaters, ensuring creative consistency across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints.
  • Support major events and initiatives with branded creative assets that align with broader campaign objectives.
Digital & Multimedia Content
  • Create digital content for websites, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Develop graphics for video, animation, and in-theater promotional content.
  • Assist with photography and videography asset preparation, ensuring elevated presentation and alignment with brand standards.
Collaboration
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on campaign development and creative strategy.
  • Work directly with external vendors to ensure quality production and budget alignment.
  • Communicate proactively with the marketing and operations teams to deliver assets on time.
Innovation & Trend Awareness
  • Stay current on design, hospitality, and luxury branding trends, integrating fresh creative concepts into campaigns.
  • Proactively recommend opportunities to evolve and strengthen Culinary Khancepts' visual identity.
Administrative & Project Management
  • Maintain an organized creative workflow and track project progress across multiple brands and deadlines.
  • Ensure efficient use of design tools, resources, and budgets.
  • Report on creative performance and resource allocation to the Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury brands, or a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital tools such as Figma or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, accurate work.
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across multiple formats and brand identities.
