Location: Kirkland, WA (serving the Puget Sound region from Tacoma to Everett)

Compensation: $85,000 base salary + commission + performance kickers

Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays

About The Contractor Consultants

TCC is a fast-growing, locally-owned general contractor specializing in leak investigations, mitigation, restoration, and capital improvement projects for property managers, HOAs, multi-family, and commercial clients throughout the Puget Sound region.

We’re known for being responsive, professional, and solutions-driven — the contractor property managers actually enjoy working with. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a motivated sales professional who can help us grow while maintaining the reputation that built our success.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a relationship-driven hunter who thrives on building connections, opening doors, and closing deals. This role combines the autonomy of managing your own territory with the full support of an experienced operations team.

You’ll develop new business with property managers, HOA boards, and commercial clients while nurturing select existing accounts. Once you bring in an opportunity, our estimators and project managers take over the technical side—so you can stay focused on what you do best: relationships and results.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage new clients across property management, HOA, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
  • Represent TCC at trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with estimators and project managers to scope, price, and close projects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Share ideas to refine TCC's sales strategy and client experience.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction sales — or a strong B2B service background with a willingness to learn the industry.
  • Proven success in business development, account management, or outside sales.
  • A self-starter who thrives on independence and accountability — no micromanaging here.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with a consultative, relationship-first approach.
  • Familiarity with property management or insurance restoration industries is a strong plus.

Why Join TCC

  • Competitive base pay + uncapped commissions + performance kickers.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays).
  • No corporate red tape — decisions are made fast and your ideas are heard.
  • Clear opportunity to shape the sales process and vision as we grow.
  • A professional, supportive team culture where integrity and results go hand-in-hand.

If you’re a motivated, relationship-oriented salesperson ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.
