Strong communication, networking, and sales skills are essential for success in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in video production sales?

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video/photo content for RAM Mounts.

  • Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
  • Film in a variety of environments, including offices, warehouses, vehicles, manufacturing facilities, customer locations, and events.

  • Ensure all video content aligns with RAM Mounts brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • Stay current with video production techniques, equipment, platforms, and content trends.
  • Help develop and maintain a consistent video production process and content library.

Required:

  • 3–5 years of professional video production experience or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Strong experience with video production from concept through final delivery.
  • Strong experience with photography (in-studio and lifestyle)
  • Proficiency with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, audio, camera operation, and video editing.
  • Experience producing content for digital marketing, social media, websites, and other commercial applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also taking direction and collaborating with a larger creative and marketing team.
  • Portfolio demonstrates a range of professional video work.

Bonus:

  • Experience creating motion graphics, titles, transitions, product callouts, animations, and other visual elements when appropriate.
  • Connections in various industries we can use for shoot locations such as Warehouses, public safety, agriculture, field services, etc.
