OVERVIEW
A luxury lifestyle hotel located on the downtown Tampa Riverwalk is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to support the launch, repositioning, and ongoing marketing of one of Tampa's most anticipated hospitality destinations. The hotel is undergoing a transformative renovation and rebranding that will introduce a highly curated lifestyle experience anchored by world-class restaurant, nightlife, and social venues.
This on-property role will lead day-to-day marketing execution for the hotel, restaurants, bars, nightlife programming, events, and experiential activations while helping establish the property as a defining social and hospitality destination in Tampa.
Reporting to the General Manager with dotted line reporting into the Corporate Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will support integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels while partnering closely with hotel leadership, restaurant operators, agency partners, commercial teams, and ownership to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue performance.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, positioning, and revenue for the hotel and its restaurant, bar, nightlife, and experiential offerings.
  • Support the launch and repositioning strategy as the hotel undergoes renovation and brand transformation into Curio Collection by Hilton.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, paid media initiatives, and promotional activations to support transient, group, restaurant, nightlife, and local business objectives.
  • Oversee email marketing and CRM initiatives designed to drive guest engagement, loyalty, and repeat visitation across hotel and F&B experiences.
  • Coordinate visual storytelling efforts including photography, videography, social content, and creative asset development to reinforce the hotel's luxury lifestyle positioning.
  • Partner with PR, influencer, and social media teams to execute earned media campaigns, media hosting, influencer collaborations, and local buzz-building initiatives.
  • Support programming, partnerships, and experiential activations that establish the hotel as a vibrant social hub within downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk district.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy, spend, and commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with hotel leadership, restaurant and nightlife operators, revenue management, sales teams, and agency partners to ensure cohesive execution across all channels.
  • Maintain strong awareness of Tampa market trends, competitive activity, cultural moments, and emerging lifestyle hospitality trends.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within lifestyle, luxury, independent, or soft-branded hospitality environments.
  • Experience supporting restaurant, nightlife, entertainment, or experiential brands strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, content development, social media, public relations, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong creative instincts balanced with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in support of events, activations, media visits, and hotel programming as needed.
